Dear Jonathan and Tricia,

How wonderful to be able to have information so quickly; and Lissy gave very good reports.

We continue to pray for you as you progress in your recovery.

We are looking forward to hearing “Baby news ” -
you know, heart beats, etc. That is a Grandma thing, you know; even if I am not your Grandma.
Love you.

Hey Jon,

Yeah, you are looking pretty good for a man who just had surgery. Keep up the R & R and whatever you do, recover quickly so that you don't need your brother-in-law to do home maintenance, he's not the best at that (but don't tell his Fiancee!)!

Jon,

Glad to hear things are doing so well. I'm sure its nice to be in the comfort of your own home, although I'm certain you're not 100% comfortable.

Keep up the good recovery, and don't get to anxious to hurry it along.

Who know what you'll have to do to get another "vacation" :)

Hopefully the next time you're away from the office you'll actually get to enjoy yourself - hate to think this was all just because this was the only way you could escape for a bit ;)

...although I have recently considered a number of excuses to convolesce - unfortunately they all involve some sort of surgery, which involves pain which it turns out I am allergic to :)

But seriously - good to hear everything is going well - we'll continue to pray and look forward to a fully recovered Jon in the office in what...like by Friday right..? :D

Dear Jon,

I am amazed at your progress so far! I know it will take a while for your strength and stamina to return, and the pain levels to decrease, but you look better every time I see you. Good to see you're able to blog again. Keep your chin up!
